When you buy a blender, remember these points:

• Read the instructions

• Don't overcrowd the blades

• Don't put plastic spoons in to make it move more

If you follow these points, you'll be fine. If you don't, you'll be like me with a chai latte smoothie that has ice cubes that are only a little nicked and plastic spoon pieces in it.

But it's tasty so it's all ok.

Hell, maybe it's p for plastic, p for protein. Or something like that.

I need a straw.....
