The beginnings of a week, 2001-11-26, 6:50 a.m.
Well... after being thrilled about the healthiness and the goodness of our groceries on saturday, we changed gears. Yesterday we bought lemon tarts, cherry cheesecake, blueberry pie, animal crackers and sandwhich fixings. Yummy. It's funny - sometimes we shop very well and sometimes we shop like our parents are out of town.
Another sterotypical thing done when parents are out of town is drink, right? Well, instead, I drank with my parents. It was a beautiful day yesterday, with crisp air and a setting sun. We sat up on the side of their shed (they have a shed with a patio - they live in a dream house) and drank and watched the sun set. We talked, we laughed, we got a little tipsy. But it was great. Times like that you can't plan, but instead hope that they'll happen.
And now... a new week....
