Wow, we did a lot yesterday. And by that, I mean that we actually got off our asses and did things that we'd wanted to do for a while as well as things that had to be done.

We got up early, as per usual. Then off to get groceries, something that was badly needed. When we went in it was great out, when we came out it was really snowy and white. Ah the weather. We drove home slowly (I've been less, hmm, confident isn't the right word, perhaps more pedantic? deliberate since the baby was concieved in terms of driving in snow) and then cuddled for a while. Gotta love cuddling.

Then, the real work began. D. put up a door downstairs, one that we've planned since the summer. And I cleaned upstairs. Then we went out, bought some more things including some that we needed for the door. We also bought a christmas tree.

We got home, had a snack then got back to work. I did laundry and continued cleaning. D. finished the door. The cat ran around confused as all of a sudden there's a new door and a tree downstairs.

When the door was done, we barbequed. I finished the laundry and we put up the tree. Then we curled up on the couch and watched 'Cold Case'.

It doesn't sound like much here, but it was. We didn't stop, past the 15 minutes of cuddling. We're both a little tired today but it's wonderful to know we did something.
