Well, the big change. We're buying a house. Or moving.

We were called Sunday evening - the people who own the house you're renting are selling. Wanna buy? In the ultimate lazy person gesture, we thought that maybe buying would be nicer than moving. Then we could make it look nice.

We had a very honest home inspector in yesterday. It will cost 10,000 to replace all the windows - which all need to be replaced. He reccomends cosmetic changes, which we agree with and know that that's our goal. But that's another five. So we have to get them to take at least 15,000 off their price, preferably 20,000. The owners haven't seen the house in ages, and well, it was built on the cheap. Things need to be replaced.

We're hoping they'll take 80 for it. We have so much to do on it.

But the scary part is that we can get a morgage no problem. It's a little scary to know that that's where we are.

Now it we just need to get the house for what we want.
