How do you rid yourself of the ghosts of the past?

They're gone, they're forgiven but disliked, they're hurtful in their being but part of the past. Yet one assignment brings them back in some ways. One simple search brings you to the past archived on the past and sometimes it's hard to avoid reading the past.

But it is past. It's stored away. I think I'll let 'Rent' play on the cd player as I spin away the past and then work on my paper.
