Blizzard conditions already occurring over parts of the west coast and Northern Peninsula are expected to improve later this evening as winds diminish. Meanwhile an intense winter storm is expected to develop to the south and move up over Newfoundland on Friday. Heavy snow will combine with strong winds to give blizzard conditions over most of the district on Friday. Over easternmost areas snow will change to rain in the morning.

We're so going to have school tomorrow and it's so going to piss me off.
